Help on domain registration issue needed…

Hi all, I have a small problem which I don’t know how to handle so I’m asking for suggestions in case any of you’ve been through similar issue. Two years ago I did register a domain which I consider valuable with one of the biggest registrars in Europe. (Such a good domain that the traffic was great and the revenue steady).
