Hostopia today announced that stockholders have approved the adoption of the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated as of June 18, 2008, among the Company, Deluxe Corporation, Deluxe Business Operations, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deluxe, and Helix Merger Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Operating Sub (the "Merger"), at a special meeting of stockholders held today.
